Frequently Asked Questions

  • Exfoliate at least 24 hours before (not the same day), shave or wax at least 24 hours prior, and arrive with clean, product-free skin, no moisturiser, deodorant, oils, perfume, or makeup.

  • Wear dark, loose clothing, avoid bras or tight straps that could rub lines, and bring flip-flops if possible.

  • No - moisturiser acts as a barrier and can prevent proper absorption. Moisturise after your first rinse.

  • Typically 15–20 minutes.

  • Not until after the first rinse. Sweat can cause streaking during development.

  • No - spray tans offer zero UV protection. Always use sunscreen.
